4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users and Performers agree not to:

Engage in or promote: child exploitation, bestiality, incest, non-consensual acts, violence, trafficking, hate speech, terrorism, impersonation, or fraud.
Attempt to launder funds, use stolen payment methods, or engage in fraudulent token transactions.
Circumvent Platform moderation or distribute prohibited words/phrases intended to evade content rules.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other Users or Performers.
The Platform enforces an internal prohibited words/content list, which is regularly updated for compliance.
5. Performer Content & Responsibilities
Performers act as independent contractors, not employees of the Platform.
Performers are solely responsible for their Content and must comply with all applicable laws.
Performers may not upload copyrighted material without rights or permission.
Performers consent to the Platform’s monitoring and moderation policies.
6. Token Purchases, Payments & Refund Policy
Tokens are a digital license to access Content and are not legal tender.
Tokens have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided except where legally required.
The Platform is not responsible for User disputes regarding token use once purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform owns all rights to its trademarks, branding, code, and design.
Performers retain ownership of their Content but grant the Platform a license to display, distribute, and store it as required for operation.
Users may not copy, record, or redistribute Content without authorization.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.
Termination may result in forfeiture of Tokens or balances associated with the account.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Platform collects and processes personal information in line with its Privacy Policy.
Data may be shared with third parties for payment processing, AML compliance, and law enforcement requests.
Reasonable security measures are in place, but Users acknowledge the risk of data breaches inherent in online services.
10. DMCA Compliance
The Platform complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Performers and Users agree not to upload or stream unauthorized copyrighted works.
11. 2257 Compliance

12. Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Fraud

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Content posted by Performers or Users.
Technical issues, interruptions, or data loss.
Damages arising from User reliance on Platform services.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Wyoming jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Changes to Terms
The Platform may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
