These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WeWatchYouCam.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Thirty Three Entertainment LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to WeWatchYouCam.com and all related services, features, content, and functionality.

“User” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.

“Performer” refers to any independent contractor who streams, uploads, publishes, or distributes content through the Platform.

“Tokens” refers to virtual digital credits purchased for use within the Platform.

“Content” refers to all live streams, videos, images, audio, text, profile information, chat messages, and other materials shared through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Adult Content Warning

The Platform is intended strictly for adults.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)

  • You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented material in your jurisdiction

  • You understand the Platform contains sexually explicit content

  • You will not permit minors to access the Platform through your account or devices

Access to the Platform is prohibited where prohibited by law.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws applicable to their use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Users and Performers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and while using the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification, age verification, payment verification, or additional compliance documentation at any time.

Performers must complete identity and age verification prior to publishing or monetizing Content.

Failure to complete verification, submission of misleading information, or attempts to circumvent Platform verification systems may result in suspension or permanent termination.

4. Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Prevention

The Platform maintains anti-fraud, anti-money laundering (“AML”), and risk-monitoring procedures.

The Platform reserves the right to:

  • investigate suspicious transactions or activity

  • freeze or withhold funds pending review

  • refuse or reverse transactions where permitted

  • cooperate with financial institutions or law enforcement

  • suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, impersonation, or unlawful activity

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity of any kind.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users and Performers agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law

  • upload or distribute illegal content

  • engage in child exploitation, trafficking, incest, bestiality, non-consensual acts, violence, terrorism, hate speech, or harassment

  • impersonate another person or entity

  • attempt to evade moderation or compliance systems

  • use bots, scraping tools, automated systems, or unauthorized scripts

  • interfere with Platform security or operations

  • distribute malware or harmful code

  • engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices

  • record, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform Content without authorization

The Platform reserves the right to investigate, moderate, remove, demonetize, restrict, or terminate Content or accounts at its sole discretion.

6. Performer Status & Responsibilities

Performers operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform.

Performers are solely responsible for:

  • their Content

  • their conduct

  • compliance with applicable laws

  • obtaining rights or permissions for uploaded materials

  • payment of applicable taxes or reporting obligations

Performers agree not to upload copyrighted or unauthorized material.

Performers acknowledge and consent to Platform moderation, compliance review, and monitoring procedures.

7. Performer Content License

Performers retain ownership of their original Content.

However, by uploading, streaming, publishing, or distributing Content through the Platform, Performers grant Thirty Three Entertainment LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • host

  • display

  • stream

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • promote

  • advertise

  • moderate

  • archive

  • adapt

  • store

  • process

such Content for purposes related to operation, moderation, security, compliance, marketing, and promotion of the Platform.

This license continues for any period reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement of Platform rights.

8. Tokens, Payments & Refunds

Tokens are virtual digital credits licensed for use solely within the Platform.

Tokens:

  • are not legal tender

  • have no cash value outside the Platform

  • are non-transferable

  • are non-refundable except where required by law

All purchases are final.

The Platform may, at its discretion, issue refunds or credits in cases involving verified technical malfunction or billing error.

Chargeback abuse, fraudulent refund requests, or unauthorized payment disputes may result in account termination and legal action.

Unused Tokens may be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

9. Public Content & User Responsibility

Users understand that information voluntarily shared through live streams, chat, messaging, profiles, comments, bios, or other public features may be visible to other users.

The Platform cannot control how third parties may copy, record, distribute, or use publicly shared information or Content.

Users share information publicly at their own risk.

10. Monitoring, Moderation & Safety

The Platform reserves the right to monitor, review, moderate, log, record, investigate, or remove Content, communications, transactions, or account activity for purposes including:

  • safety

  • moderation

  • fraud prevention

  • legal compliance

  • Terms enforcement

  • security

  • dispute investigation

Monitoring may include automated systems and manual review processes.

The Platform is not obligated to monitor all activity and does not guarantee that prohibited Content or conduct will always be detected.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its branding, software, design, systems, trademarks, logos, graphics, and functionality are owned by Thirty Three Entertainment LLC or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials without written authorization.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The Platform collects and processes information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, Users consent to such collection, processing, storage, moderation, verification, and disclosure practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with third-party providers involved in:

  • payment processing

  • identity verification

  • fraud prevention

  • hosting infrastructure

  • analytics

  • moderation

  • legal compliance

While commercially reasonable safeguards are used, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, demonetize, investigate, or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Termination may result in:

  • removal of Content

  • restriction of Platform access

  • forfeiture of Tokens or balances

  • permanent bans from future use

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty Three Entertainment LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • availability

  • accuracy

  • non-infringement

  • uninterrupted operation

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete security.

Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thirty Three Entertainment LLC and its officers, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • consequential damages

  • punitive damages

  • lost profits

  • lost data

  • service interruptions

  • user disputes

  • third-party conduct

  • unauthorized access

  • reliance on Content or services

In no event shall the total liability of Thirty Three Entertainment LLC exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Platform during the preceding six (6) months.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply.

16. Indemnification

Users and Performers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thirty Three Entertainment LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • violation of these Terms

  • violation of applicable laws

  • uploaded Content

  • misuse of the Platform

  • infringement of third-party rights

  • disputes with other Users or Performers

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Users waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Changes to Terms

The Platform may modify or update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Private Sessions, Monitoring & Recordings

Private sessions, chats, streams, communications, and other interactions conducted through the Platform may be monitored, logged, reviewed, or temporarily recorded for purposes including:

  • safety and moderation

  • fraud prevention

  • chargeback disputes

  • legal compliance

  • Terms enforcement

  • abuse investigations

  • platform security

By using the Platform, Users and Performers acknowledge and consent to such monitoring, logging, review, and recording activities where permitted by applicable law.

Users and Performers should not expect absolute privacy in connection with any activity conducted through the Platform.

Any recordings, screenshots, captures, or saved content created by Users are strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized in writing by the Platform and the applicable Performer.

Unauthorized distribution, publication, resale, reposting, or commercial exploitation of Platform Content — including private sessions — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, legal action, DMCA enforcement, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

The Platform reserves the right to retain logs, recordings, account activity, chat history, transaction records, and related materials for reasonable periods where necessary for compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, moderation, or enforcement purposes.
