WeWatchYouCam complies with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable.
All persons appearing in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such content was created.
Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records listed below and will be made available to authorized inspectors during normal business hours in accordance with applicable law.
📁 Performer Verification & Record-Keeping
Performers who upload, stream, publish, or distribute content through WeWatchYouCam are required to:
Submit valid government-issued photo identification
Complete identity and age verification procedures
Confirm they are at least 18 years of age
Consent to the distribution and display of their content through the Platform
WeWatchYouCam maintains age-verification and related compliance records in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance procedures.
🧾 Third-Party & User-Generated Content
Certain visual depictions appearing on the Platform may be exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and/or 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:
they do not depict conduct specifically listed in applicable statutes or regulations;
they consist of non-explicit content;
they are produced by independent third parties;
or they are otherwise exempt under applicable law.
WeWatchYouCam requires all uploaders, broadcasters, and performers to comply with applicable age-verification and record-keeping obligations.
Content that is suspected of violating these standards may be restricted, investigated, removed, or reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
